The Opportunity:
We are seeking an English Teacher to join our esteemed department, where you will have the opportunity to inspire bright, ambitious students at Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A Level. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English Language and Literature at Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A Level, maintaining the highest academic standards
• Plan and deliver engaging, thought-provoking lessons that encourage intellectual curiosity and foster academic excellence
• Assess student progress, providing detailed feedback to support continued improvement and high achievement
• Contribute to the school’s strong extracurricular program, including initiatives such as public speaking events, debating, and literary clubs
• Work collaboratively with a team of exceptional educators to develop and enhance the English curriculum
• Provide mentorship and pastoral support, helping students achieve both academically and personally

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified teacher with a degree in English or a related field
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Experience teaching English Language and Literature at Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A Level
• A strong passion for literature and the ability to engage academically gifted students
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and supporting students’ academic success
