About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to teach dynamic and inclusive Art lessons, fostering self-expression and creativity in students with a range of learning needs. You'll play a key role in helping students develop their artistic abilities and build confidence in a supportive, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Art lessons catering to a diverse range of abilities, including students with additional needs.
• Foster a creative and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes student participation and independence.
• Manage and maintain learning resources and equipment to support a dynamic art curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues to adapt and develop the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all students.
• Track and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and celebrating student achievements.

What We’re Looking For

• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent), or a willingness to undergo teacher training.
• Previous experience teaching Art, ideally in a specialist or inclusive educational setting.
• A strong passion for creative education and a commitment to making learning accessible for all students.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
