Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality, engaging mathematics lessons to Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students.
• Designing and implementing differentiated lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of all students, ensuring their academic progress.
• Fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Regularly assessing, tracking, and reporting on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the mathematics curriculum and develop effective teaching strategies.
• Building strong, supportive relationships with students, parents, and guardians, and maintaining open lines of communication about progress and achievement.
• Promoting the school’s values of excellence, respect, and resilience in all aspects of teaching and learning.

What We Are Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a proven ability to teach mathematics effectively to Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students.
• A strong passion for mathematics and a creative approach to making the subject engaging and accessible for all learners.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A proactive, adaptable educator who is committed to ongoing professional development.
