The Role:

• Teach Design Technology across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach A-Level for the right candidate.
• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons that foster creativity, critical thinking, and practical skills in students.
• Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual development and achievement.
• Use data from assessments to inform instruction, address learning gaps, and provide tailored support for students.
• Work collaboratively within the department to continuously improve teaching practices and the curriculum.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities, school clubs, and projects that enhance students' engagement with Design Technology.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Design Technology in secondary schools.
• In-depth knowledge of the Design Technology curriculum and current educational trends.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design Technology or a related discipline (desirable).
