About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of lessons, assist with lesson planning, and provide one-to-one or small-group support for students. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Provide personalized support to individual students or small groups to enhance their learning experience.
• Create and maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere.
• Assist with the implementation of strategies and interventions for students with additional learning needs, including those outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Offer feedback to teachers regarding student progress, behaviour, and engagement.
• Help prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
