Do you have a passion for science and a desire to inspire young minds? We are looking for a part-time science teacher to join our school in Sandwell, starting January 2025. As a part-time science teacher, you will teach science to KS3 and KS4 students, helping them develop a strong understanding of key scientific concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students as a part-time science teacher.
• Monitor and assess student progress in science, offering constructive feedback and support as a part-time science teacher.
• Collaborate with the science department to improve the curriculum as a part-time science teacher.
• Foster a love of science in students, encouraging them to explore scientific principles and phenomena as a part-time science teacher.
• Stay informed about developments in science education, bringing fresh ideas to your lessons as a part-time science teacher.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Science or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience as a science teacher at the secondary level.
• A passion for making science engaging and accessible.
