The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Year 4 Teacher to join our dedicated Key Stage 2 team. This full-time, permanent position involves planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners, fostering a safe and inclusive classroom environment, and contributing to the wider life of the school.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure all learners reach their full potential.
- Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Contributing to extra-curricular activities and whole-school initiatives.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified teacher (QTS required) with experience in Key Stage 2.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships across the school community.
