We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and dedicated Science Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Luton. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all aspects of Science and have the ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential. As a Science Teacher at our school, you will be teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, preparing them for GCSE exams, and delivering high-quality lessons that encourage curiosity and a love for scientific inquiry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons across all three science disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
• Develop and implement effective schemes of work and lesson plans
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback
• Support students both inside and outside the classroom, offering guidance and encouragement
• Contribute to extracurricular activities related to science, such as clubs or trips
• Collaborate with other teachers and departments to ensure the development of the whole child

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and 4
• Strong knowledge of the current curriculum and educational standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for inspiring students to develop an interest in Science and achieve their best
