Role Overview:
As an SEN TA, you will provide targeted support to students with additional needs, working closely with the class teacher to create an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN, such as ASD, ADHD, or SEMH.
• Adapt lesson materials and activities to suit individual learning needs.
• Promote positive behavior and engagement in the classroom.
• Assist in implementing IEPs and tracking progress toward targets.
• Build supportive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
