Role Overview:

As a KS3 Class Teacher, you will deliver tailored lessons to students with SEND, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to succeed academically and personally. You will work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to create a holistic approach to learning that promotes both academic achievement and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess lessons for KS3 students with a range of SEND.
• Differentiate lessons to ensure accessibility and engagement for all students.
• Work with support staff and other professionals to create individualized learning plans and interventions.
• Track and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages self-confidence and social development.
• Contribute to the wider school community by participating in events and activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching KS3 students, with a focus on SEND.
• A creative, adaptable, and patient approach to teaching.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
