- Position: Full-Time Year 1 Teacher

- An individual who can manage behaviour effectively in a Year 1 setting and work collaboratively with other staff members to enhance the overall learning experience for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons following the Key Stage 1 curriculum, focusing on building strong foundations for Year 1 pupils in reading, writing, and numeracy.
- Promote the social and emotional development of each Year 1 child, encouraging them to build confidence, form friendships, and develop a love for learning.
- Assess and track Year 1 pupils’ progress, tailoring your teaching approach to meet individual needs and ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
- Work closely with parents and carers, providing regular feedback and updates on their Year 1 child’s achievements and areas for development.
