Role Overview:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with additional needs, helping them thrive in a mainstream classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 or in small groups to provide tailored support for students.
• Collaborate with the class teacher to adapt lessons and resources.
• Foster positive relationships and promote social inclusion.
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed records of achievements.
• Support students in managing sensory or behavioral challenges.
