About the Role:
As a Female PE Teacher, you will play a vital role in inspiring and empowering young women to embrace physical activity and develop their sporting potential. You will deliver engaging and stimulating PE lessons, create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, and foster students' confidence in a variety of sports and physical activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5, depending on your experience and the school's curriculum).
- Foster a love of learning and encourage students to participate in a wide range of sports and physical activities with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum initiatives that align with the school's vision and the latest advancements in physical education.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and challenged to reach their full potential.
- Build positive and supportive relationships with students, promoting a growth mindset and a belief in their physical abilities.
- Play an active role in the department, including contributing to curriculum development, assessment strategies, and departmental meetings.
