We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a vibrant and forward-thinking primary school in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to work in a school that values high-quality teaching and the personal development of every pupil. The position is available from January 2025 until July 2025, and it is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

Key Responsibilities
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils in line with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to help children improve.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of pupils' achievements and communicate effectively with parents/carers.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to plan and implement a well-rounded, exciting curriculum.
- Support the emotional and social development of pupils, creating a safe and nurturing space for all learners.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
- Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2), ideally in Year 4.
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality education and have a deep understanding of the National Curriculum.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
- Be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
- Have experience of assessing pupil progress and using data to inform planning and interventions.
- Show a commitment to personal and professional development.
