Role Overview:
As an HLTA, you will lead targeted interventions, assist in lesson planning, and support students with SEN in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver small group and 1:1 support to students with SEND.
• Adapt lesson plans and resources to meet individual needs.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
• Support students in developing social and academic skills.
• Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement EHCPs.
