Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the SENCO to coordinate and deliver outstanding SEN support across the school.
- Identify, assess, and plan for students with SEN, ensuring effective, individualized interventions.
- Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
- Lead targeted interventions, including small group sessions and one-to-one support, to enhance academic and social development.
- Monitor and track the progress of SEN students, providing regular feedback to staff and parents.
- Support teaching staff in adapting classroom strategies to ensure inclusivity and accessibility.
- Contribute to the development and management of SEND resources and school-wide initiatives.
