• Lead targeted interventions, including small group sessions and one-to-one support, to enhance academic and social development.
• Monitor and track the progress of SEN students, providing regular feedback to staff and parents.
• Support teaching staff in adapting classroom strategies to ensure inclusivity and accessibility.
• Contribute to the development and management of SEND resources and school-wide initiatives.
