We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our team in January 2025. Role Overview:

As a Science Teacher, you will:

Teaching and Curriculum:

  • Deliver inspiring, engaging, and well-structured science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the potential to teach A-Level Science for the right candidate.
  • Tailor curriculum materials to align with school goals, national standards, and the diverse needs of students.

Student Progress:

  • Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback that supports both academic achievement and personal development.
  • Use data from assessments to inform your teaching and provide tailored support to help all students reach their full potential.

Professional Development:

  • Engage in reflective practice and contribute to the continued growth of the Science department and the school.
  • Participate in school-wide activities, events, and extracurricular opportunities, fostering a well-rounded student experience.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or a related discipline (desirable).

Experience:

  • Experience teaching Science at secondary school level, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply.
