Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the potential to teach KS5 (KS5 experience is a bonus but not essential).
• Design engaging and creative lesson plans that inspire students to appreciate literature and develop strong writing skills.
• Provide constructive feedback and tailored support to help students achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the English curriculum and teaching resources.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.

We’re Looking For:

• A qualified English Teacher (PGCE or equivalent) with a strong passion for literature and language.
• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience being highly desirable.
• A creative, engaging teaching style, with excellent classroom management skills.
• A team player with a commitment to professional development and a desire to inspire students.
