Position: Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Role Overview:
As a HLTA, you will provide essential support in the classroom, leading interventions and working closely with teachers to adapt lessons for all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted small group and 1:1 interventions.
• Assist with lesson planning and preparation for diverse learners.
• Build positive relationships with students to foster engagement.
• Monitor student progress and contribute to reporting and reviews.
• Support students in managing behavior and sensory needs.
