Role Overview:

As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons, lead interventions, and provide individualized support to students with SEN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering differentiated lessons and activities.
• Lead small group and one-to-one interventions for students with additional needs.
• Contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Monitor and track student progress, providing regular updates to staff and parents.
• Promote positive behavior and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
