About the Role
As an HLTA, you will work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality lessons, providing tailored support to students throughout the school. Your role will involve leading small group sessions, offering one-on-one assistance, and helping with lesson planning and assessments to ensure all students can reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate small group sessions to support student progress and achievement.
• Provide one-to-one support for students with additional learning needs, helping them engage with the curriculum.
• Collaborate with teachers to plan, prepare, and assess lessons and classroom activities.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional support.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where all students can thrive.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers and parents.
• Support classroom management, ensuring students stay focused and engaged during lessons.
