Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Drama across KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5 (KS5 experience is a bonus but not essential).
- Lead extracurricular activities, including school productions, drama clubs, and workshops.
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that foster creativity and develop student performance skills.
- Provide constructive feedback to support students' personal and academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the Drama curriculum.
We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Drama Teacher (PGCE or equivalent) with strong subject knowledge.
- Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is desirable).
- Creative and engaging teaching style, with excellent classroom management skills.
- A team player who is committed to ongoing professional development and improving teaching practices.
