Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Drama across KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5 (KS5 experience is a bonus but not essential).
• Lead extracurricular activities, including school productions, drama clubs, and workshops.
• Design and deliver engaging lessons that foster creativity and develop student performance skills.
• Provide constructive feedback to support students' personal and academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the Drama curriculum.

We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Drama Teacher (PGCE or equivalent) with strong subject knowledge.
• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is desirable).
• Creative and engaging teaching style, with excellent classroom management skills.
• A team player who is committed to ongoing professional development and improving teaching practices.
