Role Overview:
As an LSA, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the class teacher and providing individualized support to students. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a nurturing and dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in accessing the curriculum, adapting resources where needed.
• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for students with additional needs.
• Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Encourage positive behavior and engagement in learning.
• Support classroom organization and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
