• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Has experience or a strong interest in working with children with additional learning needs.
• Demonstrates patience, creativity, and a passion for inclusive education.
• Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
