Role Overview:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with students with SEND, providing support both inside and outside the classroom. Your role will be pivotal in helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally, ensuring they reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEND.
• Assist with lesson preparation, helping to adapt materials for individual needs.
• Promote inclusion by supporting students with various tasks and activities.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive attitudes.
• Report on student progress and liaise with the class teacher to adjust strategies as needed.
