Role Overview:
As SENCO, you will oversee the development and implementation of individualized support plans, ensuring all students with SEND receive the best possible education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on EHCP processes and ensure compliance with SEN Code of Practice.
  • Support teachers in developing strategies to meet individual needs.
