About the Role

As an HLTA, you will collaborate closely with teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and provide targeted support to students across various year groups. You will lead small group sessions, offer one-to-one support, and assist in lesson planning and assessment, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support small group sessions, ensuring students are making progress in their learning.
• Offer one-to-one support to students with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum effectively.
• Work with teachers to plan, prepare, and assess lessons and activities that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Support the development and delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring extra assistance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to both teachers and parents.
• Assist with classroom management and ensure students stay engaged and focused during lessons.
