Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging Music lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel confident to experiment and express themselves musically.
• Promote the importance of music within the school and wider community.
• Contribute to the development of the Music curriculum and departmental initiatives, including leading ensembles and organizing performances.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
