Our inclusive secondary school in Camden is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with students to support their educational and emotional needs.

The Role

• Provide targeted support for students with additional needs, both in-class and during interventions.
• Assist teachers in creating and implementing strategies to improve learning outcomes.
• Promote engagement and positive behavior in a structured environment.
• Document student progress and communicate with teachers and parents.

Requirements

• Experience in SEN support, preferably within a secondary school setting.
• A caring and enthusiastic attitude toward helping students succeed.
• Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions is an advantage.
