We are looking for an exceptional Year 2 Teacher to join a lovely school in Cambridge from January 2025.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons that support the academic and personal growth of Year 2 students.
• Use formative and summative assessments to track progress and inform teaching.
• Maintain a warm and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity in the curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers about student progress and welfare.
• Contribute to school events and professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1, with strong knowledge of the Year 2 curriculum.
• A commitment to inclusive and engaging teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
