Experience and Qualifications:

• A strong academic background in English Literature or Language, or a related field.
• Experience in fostering student achievement and a love of English through innovative teaching methods.
• A collaborative and positive approach to departmental and whole-school initiatives.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
