As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students in all three sciences: Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
- Teach Biology, Chemistry, and Physics with an emphasis on hands-on, inquiry-based learning
- Use data to track and monitor student progress, providing feedback to guide improvements
- Prepare students for GCSE exams, focusing on both practical and theoretical knowledge
- Foster a love of Science through engaging activities, experiments, and real-world applications
- Actively participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute to extracurricular Science clubs and events
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and 4
- Strong subject knowledge across all three Science disciplines
- Ability to create an inspiring and interactive learning environment
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for helping students develop scientific thinking and problem-solving abilities
