In this rewarding role, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons: Teach Chemistry across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially KS5), fostering a deep understanding of chemical principles and sparking a lifelong interest in the subject.  
• Inspire scientific inquiry: Encourage students to question, experiment, and analyze, developing their critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on learning and investigative projects.  
• Create a collaborative learning environment: Cultivate a classroom where students feel supported to explore complex concepts, share ideas, and engage in meaningful discussions.
• Nurture individual potential: Provide personalized guidance and feedback, recognizing and supporting the unique learning styles and aspirations of each student.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• A strong understanding of the KS3 and KS4 (and ideally KS5) Chemistry curriculum.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• A passion for Chemistry and a commitment to providing an outstanding learning experience for every student.
