The Role

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will play a key role in preparing pupils for the transition to their final primary school year. This is a full-time, permanent position for someone who is passionate about upper Key Stage 2 teaching and learning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Supporting pupils in achieving academic and personal growth.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure continuity across the year group.
• Encouraging pupils to become confident, independent learners.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS and have experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
• Be knowledgeable about the Year 5 curriculum and passionate about helping children achieve their potential.
• Exhibit excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Be committed to inclusive practices and supporting the whole child.
