Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver imaginative Art lessons that are adapted to meet the needs of students with varying abilities, including those with additional learning requirements.
• Cultivate an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active student participation and independence.
• Manage and organise art resources and materials to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continually develop a curriculum that caters to the needs of all students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and celebrating their artistic achievements.

What We’re Looking For

• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent), or a willingness to pursue teacher training.
• Previous experience teaching Art, preferably in a specialist or inclusive setting.
• A strong passion for creative education and a commitment to supporting diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to inspire and engage students.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children.
