We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming school in Hertfordshire starting January 2025.

The successful candidate will join a supportive team, fostering the growth and development of children in their early years and ensuring a smooth transition into their educational journey.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and imaginative lessons aligned with the EYFS Framework.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and identifying areas for development.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment where children feel valued and supported.
• Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers to enhance children’s learning experiences.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share resources and best practices.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching practices.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in an EYFS setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• A nurturing and patient approach to teaching young learners.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
