A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Birmingham on a part-time basis. Starting in January, this role is perfect for an Art Teacher passionate about fostering creativity in students from KS3 to KS5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver inspiring Art lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, encouraging self-expression and creativity.
  • Teach advanced Art techniques to KS5 students, focusing on fine art, design, and critical analysis.
  • Regularly assess student progress, providing feedback to support their artistic development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the Art curriculum and share innovative teaching strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in Art education and incorporate fresh ideas into your teaching.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Art or a related subject.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Art at the secondary level.
  • A passion for inspiring students to explore their artistic potential.
