Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A recognized teaching qualification is essential.
  • Special Education Expertise: Proven experience working in an SEN setting or with children with additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, or complex needs.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and families.
  • Adaptability and Creativity: A flexible and innovative approach to teaching, ensuring that lessons are both accessible and inspiring.
