Position: Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Wandsworth
Contract: Full-time, Term-time Only

Role Overview:
As an HLTA, you will take on a key role in delivering interventions, adapting lessons, and working closely with teachers to support children with SEN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small group and 1:1 interventions to support literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
• Assist in lesson planning and preparation for students with SEN.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
• Support students in managing behavior and achieving targets.
• Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement inclusive strategies.
