Are you an inspiring and dedicated educator ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners? We are seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to join our vibrant and forward-thinking school in Hertfordshire from January 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the educational journey of our pupils in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that inspire and challenge all learners in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and interventions as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development and well-being.
  • Contribute to the wider school community and take part in extracurricular activities or initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and uphold the values and ethos of the school.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in a primary setting (KS1 and/or KS2).
  • A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning with a creative and adaptable approach.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • A reflective and proactive practitioner committed to continuous professional development.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to the broader life of the school and inspiring young minds.
