Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Role Overview:
As an LSA, you will work 1:1 and in small groups with students aged 11-16, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs and ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with academic, social, and emotional challenges.
• Adapt materials and activities to suit diverse learning needs.
• Support students in building confidence and independence.
• Contribute to progress reports and attend EHCP reviews.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to create an inclusive classroom.
