The Role:

As a Business Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, covering a range of business-related subjects such as economics, finance, marketing, and management.
• Create a stimulating and collaborative learning environment where students can develop their critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources, including case studies, real-world examples, and technology, to bring business concepts to life.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and differentiated support to ensure every student reaches their full potential.
• Contribute to the department's success by collaborating with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum, share best practices, and organize enriching extracurricular activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• A strong understanding of the KS4 and KS5 Business Studies curriculum.
• Experience teaching Business Studies in a secondary school setting.
