Role Overview:
As an LSA, you will work closely with teachers and SENCO to provide essential support for learners aged 7-16, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students 1:1 or in small groups with academic, social, and emotional needs.
• Help prepare and adapt classroom materials to meet individual needs.
• Support students in managing sensory or behavioral challenges.
• Build positive relationships to encourage student confidence.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress reviews.
