What You’ll Do:

• Teach English across KS3 and KS4, with potential to teach KS5 (experience at this level is preferred but not required).
• Develop Inspiring Lessons – Use your creativity to engage students with dynamic lessons on literature, language, and writing.
• Help Students Achieve – Provide personalized support and constructive feedback to guide students toward academic excellence.
• Collaborate – Work alongside colleagues to continuously improve curriculum content and share teaching best practices.
• Be Involved – Contribute to extracurricular activities, school events, and enrich the overall student experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher (PGCE or equivalent) with a strong passion for English and teaching.
• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 English (KS5 experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills, classroom management, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A team player who is enthusiastic about developing professionally and contributing to a school community.
