About the Role: As a Science Teacher at our ‘Outstanding’ school, you will play a pivotal role in delivering inspiring and innovative lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the possibility to teach A-Level Science for the right candidate. Your passion for science will foster students’ curiosity and help them make connections between scientific concepts and the world around them.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging science lessons that promote critical thinking, experimentation, and a love for the subject.
- Teaching across Key Stages 3-5, with the opportunity to develop A-Level teaching for interested candidates.
- Supporting students through exam preparation, practicals, and assessments to help them reach their full potential.
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the science department, working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Engaging in the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities related to science and the wider curriculum.
