The Role:

You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide one-to-one and small-group assistance for students with special educational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Help students with SEND access the curriculum and participate fully in school activities.
• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored interventions.
• Build trusting relationships with students, encouraging their confidence and independence.
• Monitor student progress and share insights with staff and families.
