Role Overview:

As an SEN English Teacher, you will develop and deliver an inclusive curriculum that inspires creativity and confidence in students with SEND. You will help them achieve personal milestones and improve their literacy skills in a supportive, inclusive classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons tailored to meet the individual learning needs of students with SEND.
• Utilize innovative teaching techniques to foster creativity and improve literacy outcomes.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with support staff and parents.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure consistent improvement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching English, ideally in an SEN context.
