A secondary school in Southwark is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to support students across a variety of subjects, including Science and English. The role involves providing tailored support for students, including those with SEN, to help them reach their full academic potential.

Role Overview:
You will assist teachers in the classroom, provide support for students with special educational needs, and help ensure that all students can engage with the curriculum and excel academically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior.
• Help students with their learning tasks and activities.
• Support students with additional needs, including learning difficulties.
• Monitor and track student progress.
