Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative and play-based learning activities aligned with the EYFS Framework.
• Support the development of children’s social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assess and track student progress, ensuring all children achieve their developmental milestones.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child’s development.
• Work collaboratively with the school team to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A thorough understanding of the EYFS Framework and experience in delivering early years education.
• Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire and engage young learners.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and staff.
