About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate closely with teachers to assist in lesson preparation, support classroom activities, and provide individualized or small-group assistance to help students thrive. Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities.
• Offer one-on-one or small-group support to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Help maintain an inclusive, positive, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Support the implementation of strategies for students with additional educational needs, including those outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress, behavior, and engagement.
• Contribute to the organization and preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.
